The Women's Custom Facial, which runs 90 minutes or more, starts with a skin analysis and is shaped around the client's concerns, such as acne, aging, pigmentation, dehydration or sensitivity. It typically includes dermaplaning, deep cleansing, extractions when needed, facial massage, a customized mask and a hydrofacial, and uses ZO Skin Health professional products.

Other facials include a Men's Facial designed for men's skin that addresses razor irritation, ingrown hairs, clogged pores and environmental damage, a Korean Glass Skin Facial inspired by Korean skincare routines that focuses on hydration, skin barrier health and a luminous finish, and a Teen Clean for clients 16 and under. The Korean Glass Skin Facial uses Esthemax Hydrojelly masks.

For skin texture and scarring concerns, the studio offers Microneedling, priced from $350 with the cost varying by the serums and peptides used, and PDRN Microneedling at $450, which combines microneedling with PDRN for fine lines, uneven texture, acne scarring, enlarged pores and dehydration. Dermaplane + Peel, a 45-minute service, uses a surgical blade with a light peel, peptide mask and red light.

Every service ends with red light therapy. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are sold, and the booking website has a shop section. The salon is open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays, with hours that differ by day.
