Blonding starts with a package called The Works, which pairs a haircut with a blow dry. It includes full foil highlights, ends that are tipped out, K-18 treatments before and after color, and a root smudge followed by toner. Face frame and money piece are also offered: a more natural look focused on the front hairline. For dry, very damaged or chemically treated hair, the salon offers B3 demi-permanent conditioning, which it describes as a repair treatment lasting up to 12 weeks. Brazilian blowouts and keratin treatments are available for frizz and humidity.

Booking requires a credit card on file for new clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50 percent of the reserved appointment, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full service amount. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, since the salon runs a back-to-back schedule. Redos and adjustments to color or cut are available within one week, though changing hair goals agreed in the consultation does not count as an adjustment.
