The menu centers on gel work. Builder Gel overlays take 80 minutes or more and include a detailed Russian manicure and gel color, and clients who are five or more weeks grown out can book a lower-priced Builder Gel add-on. Gel-X extensions, rubber base manicures for bi-weekly maintenance, and a Russian manicure without polish are also offered. Removals for Builder Gel, Gel-X, rubber base and acrylic or dip are priced separately, and the studio recommends a full Builder Gel removal every three to four rebalances.

Pedicures include a waterless dry pedicure with trimming, e-file cuticle care, callus work and a rubber base finish, along with callus maintenance, toe trim and shape, and gel polish changes. Kids aged four to nine can get a manicure and pedicure in gel color with stickers or decals, with inspiration photos requested four days ahead.

The studio is open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM. Appointments are required, walk-ins are not accepted, and clients are asked to book online in advance. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten the service or lead to cancellation. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice; cancelling within 24 hours costs half the starting service price, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full starting price.
