Several services are priced with what is included. The virgin relaxer covers the base relax, neutralizing, a reconstruction mask, a blowout and hot tool styling. The signature silk press includes shampoo, steam conditioning, blowdry, and iron or curls. The wig braid-down includes the first two braids, with each extra braid at $10 up to eight. Relaxer retouches are typically booked every 8 to 12 weeks, and a full relaxer is booked if it has been more than 12 weeks since the last one.

Some services have conditions. The shampoo blowdry uses brush styling only, with no irons, and is not suited to every hair type, so clients unsure of eligibility are steered toward a signature blowout instead. The flat iron or curl refresh is done on a silk press from within the past week and is not performed on visibly dirty hair. The silk press itself should be booked when the last shampoo was less than a month ago.

The booking policies are set out clearly. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice or are charged $25 at the next appointment, same-day cancellations owe half the booked service, and no-shows are charged $50. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrival. Guests are not permitted and are asked to wait in the hallway, and children are not listed as welcome. Free parking is available in the lot outside Salon Boutique, and the building has a snack bar, TV and WiFi. Gift certificates are available.
