Tenants keep one hundred percent of what they earn. Leases include utilities, and tenants have 24/7 access to their space. The building offers free wifi for tenants and their clients, a free washer and dryer, and ample parking.

Staff here cover hair, nails, skin care, full-body waxing, eyelash services and barbering, all in one building. Krystyna Crouch, the salon coordinator, greets guests at the front desk. The office is open 9:00 to 6:00, Tuesday through Saturday, and visits on Sundays and Mondays are by appointment. The main phone line is 210-489-7800. Sharon Kraemer owns the business.

Visitors are welcomed at a reception desk staffed by the salon coordinator.
