A $30 consultation is offered, and that amount is deducted from any service booked and performed during the consultation.

It includes tracks, quick weaves, full sew-ins, a braidless microlink installation using included wefted hair, wig services, and frontal installs. The full sew-in includes a deep conditioner and minimal leave-out, and the salon guarantees it to last at least four months. Full lace hair systems and crown toppers require a consultation. For natural hair, the menu offers detangling, wash and go styling, twist styles, comb retwists, and starter locs. Relaxed hair has its own roller set and relaxer services, and there are keratin and smoothing treatments for straightening.

Visits follow a few house rules. Clients can book, reschedule or cancel through the booking app. Appointments have a 15-minute late grace period, and cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours means losing the deposit. Children are allowed only when they are being serviced, and additional guests are not permitted because of limited space. Hair is not included in most services but can be purchased at the salon. Hair care products are also sold through an online shop.

According to the salon, its work is built on care and personal attention, from the owner through to each stylist.
