The menu covers styling, cutting, treatments, coloring, extensions, locs, relaxers and silk press. Prices are starting prices and can shift with the stylist, hair length, density and texture. Silk press pricing depends on where the hair falls, whether that is above the shoulders, at or below the shoulder, or at bra strap length and below, and whether a cut or treatment is added.

Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment. Late arrivals are cancelled or moved after 15 minutes. The reception area is for clients receiving services, and children under 11 are not allowed in the salon. Cash is the only payment accepted for services and products, and the salon does not offer a la carte styling.

Permanent color and extension services require a prior consultation and a 50% deposit at booking. If a client is unhappy with a cut or color service alone, the salon will adjust it within seven days at no added charge. The salon is not responsible for hair damage from chemical or color procedures and recommends talking with the stylist beforehand. It reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
