Everything is booked by appointment. The salon can be reached by phone or text at 310-791-0800. Hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Because every color service begins with a 15-minute consultation, that conversation is the place to talk through the result you want before the appointment itself.

The menu is hair-only and organized around color and cutting. Color work covers custom highlights, balayage painted by hand, blended color, single-process base color, gray coverage and root touch-ups, and correction of unwanted tones or earlier color problems, which starts with a tailored treatment plan. Cuts are precision cuts styled to suit a client's hair type and daily routine. Special occasion work includes updos and styling for proms, parties and formal events.

New clients pay a $50 deposit to reserve a booking, and that amount is applied to the service total. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be charged up to half the scheduled total, and no-shows may be charged the full amount, with a deposit possibly required for later bookings. If a client arrives late, the service may be shortened or moved so other appointments stay on schedule.
