Every service is adjusted to the client's hair, daily routine and preferred style, with hair health kept in view throughout. The color menu covers root retouches, single process color for covering gray or deepening the current shade, balayage, full and partial highlights, vivid shades such as reds, coppers, pinks and blues, and multi-visit color correction that starts with a required consultation. Glosses are offered for shine and for reducing brassiness.

Beyond color, the salon offers butterfly weft and U-part extension installs, haircuts with a finished style, silk presses for natural hair, blowouts, updos for events, and scalp and conditioning add-ons. Blowout memberships and prepaid blowout packages are available for regular visitors, and bridal consultations and trials include day-of styling, with bridal party services and travel offered.

New clients complete consultation and reservation forms before their first service, and new color clients send current photos of their hair with the form. Appointments need to be confirmed, and unconfirmed bookings may be released. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, with a 10-minute grace period. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged half the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Completed services are non-refundable, and concerns must be raised within 48 hours. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered on bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $70, $100, $175 and $250 or a custom amount, and are final sale.
