Salon620 is a facility of roughly 6,000 square feet holding 35 private studios. It rents private rooms to beauty professionals, who operate their own salons and set their own hours. The building sits about half a mile from Lakeline Mall, near the intersection of RR 620 and Lake Creek Parkway.
Rooms are rented for single or double occupancy and are equipped for particular trades. Hair stylist rooms come with a styling chair, shampoo bowl, dryer and shampoo chair, and manicurist rooms come with a pedestal sink. Rooms also suit aestheticians, masseuses, spray tan artists and eyelash extension artists. Tenants can have their room painted in a color they choose and decorate it themselves.
Prospective tenants arrange a viewing by phone or email. The building is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm, Saturday from 9am to 6pm, and is closed on Sundays.
Provides shared studio space: private rooms fitted for each trade, with each professional managing their own schedule.
Private rooms that tenants can paint and decorate in a color of their choice.
