Haircut add-ons and treatments are priced separately from the main service.
For color, the salon offers glossing for maintenance and for new guests, root retouches, a root retouch with gloss, and red color. Blonding and brunette services are priced by length and density, with refresh services for returning guests and longer experiences for long, dense or darker hair.
New clients can book the New Guest Experience, a short first visit that includes extra consultation time, a scalp massage and a hair treatment at no charge. The signature gloss is also described as suited to new guests.
Booking requires a 30% deposit, which is non-refundable but can move to a new appointment with 48 hours notice. Cancellations and rescheduling need 48 hours notice, and no-shows are charged the full service fee. Arrivals have a 10-minute grace period, and extra guests and children are only welcome if they have their own appointment.
Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Services are non-refundable, though adjustments may be offered within 3 days if a client is unhappy. Hours are Monday to Thursday 3 PM to 7 PM, Friday 1:30 PM to 5 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM, with Sunday closed.
