Every cut and color service includes a shampoo, scalp massage and blow dry. Blonding services include a toner or gloss. Creative color packages cover lightening as needed, two vivid colors and a color lock treatment, with extra color and extra time billed separately. A vivid add-on can be combined with a blonding service.

Gray coverage and gray transitions are a specialty of the salon. Gray consultations are complimentary, about 30 minutes, held in person or by Zoom, and a consultation is required before a Back to my Roots gray transition. Guests who do not already wear extensions are asked to book a consultation first. Extension prices cover installation or maintenance only and do not include the extension hair.

Prices are ranges that vary by stylist, so it is worth checking each stylist's page for their pricing. Any price change is discussed during the consultation at the start of the appointment. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Mondays are by appointment only, and the salon is closed on Sundays.
