Each visit starts with a consultation about what the guest is hoping for, what inspires them, how they live day to day, how much upkeep they want, and budget. Listed prices are starting points and can move with the stylist level, the services chosen and any extra time or product needed. A cost estimate is available before service on request. Guests are offered a hot or iced coffee, tea, soda or a snack during their visit. Front desk staff help with checkout, home-care questions and booking the next appointment, and the salon provides an Aftercare Guide with home-care tips and product suggestions.

Services fall into six groups: haircuts, hair color, highlights and balayage, blow dries and styling, smoothing treatments, and extensions. Extension prices exclude push-ups and custom color and may rise with length and density. Long, thick, or very curly or coily hair can carry additional fees for blowouts and keratin treatments.

Appointments can be booked online. Guests receive a confirmation text and a reminder 48 hours ahead, which they can confirm by replying. A credit card is needed to hold every reservation. Card payments carry a 2.17% processing fee, while Zelle or cash avoids it. Guests running late should call, and anyone 15 or more minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Adjustments can be requested within 10 days of a service and are usually free with the original stylist, but services are not refunded. Guests may not bring other guests or children to appointments. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and is closed Sunday and Monday. Parking is behind the building, and the main entrance is at the front off the sidewalk.

The salon uses an employee model rather than booth rental, which it says keeps the service experience consistent. It also uses a tiered stylist structure so guests can choose the level that suits them, and it supports staff with one-on-one coaching and ongoing education.
