Color is the core of the menu, organized into grey blending and coverage, blonding and brunette groups. Foiling under the Brighten Up name covers highlights, lowlights, balayage, reverse balayage, babylights and foilyage, offered as a full or partial service. Clients moving from old highlights toward a softer look can book Make It Natural, which uses root shadowing, reverse balayage or lowlights.

Extensions begin with a consultation for new clients and for anyone coming from another salon. The hair is bought through the stylist, and installation is booked once it is fully paid for. Two packages are offered: Full Makeover, which blends methods across the full head for length and fullness, and Density Makeover, which uses one method to add fullness to thinner areas. Extension pricing is set at consultation and depends on method, density and length.

Services are a la carte and can be combined in one appointment, and an add-on haircut can be booked with any color service. Smoothing treatments include the Brazilian Blowout and an express version. Both can be customized and are meant to help with frizz, blow-dry time, softness, shine and curls, with the full treatment lasting 3 to 5 months and the express lasting 1 to 2 months.

Payment is accepted by card, Zelle or cash, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service, and no-call, no-show appointments, carry a fee of 50% of the booked service. Services are nonrefundable. Clients who are unhappy must contact Taylor within 48 hours to request a corrective service, which is free if requested within 10 days of the original service date.

The salon aims for custom color and extensions that keep a lived-in look between visits, and says it builds personal relationships with its clients.
