The salon is located in Studio 10 within Panache Styling Studios, a short drive from I-85 off Mallard Creek Road, near Prosperity Church Road and Dearmon Road. The business moved into this studio in the same building in July 2022.
Owner Heather McCraw began working in salons right after graduating from Paul Mitchell Academy in 2002. She spent six years at a salon focused on color, where she built a clientele and advanced to Master Color Specialist, before opening her own salon.
New clients are offered a free consultation.
Booking is done online through the Book Now button. If a client is unhappy with a service, they can contact the salon within 5 days and are offered a follow-up appointment with the same stylist. Salon services are not refunded, but products bought from the salon can be exchanged within 5 days of purchase.
Aims for each client to leave with a look they can manage in their everyday life, with an open relationship where ideas and questions are welcome and home-care guidance is shared so products can be used well between visits.
