Visits are on the second floor, reached by stairs or an elevator, with the entrance on the east side of the building marked SASS. The salon uses Davines and Intelligent Nutrients products, which clients can also buy online for home delivery through the salon's website.
Bridal work starts with a consultation, where the salon plans a customized style and look and a personalized timeline for the wedding day. Wedding parties may have one to three hairstylists depending on party size and timeline, which is discussed at that consultation. The salon recommends two makeup artists for wedding parties, works closely with them and can coordinate trials with the artist. A bridal contract with full details is sent on request. A travel fee applies to bridal parties going more than a 20-mile radius from the salon.
Color services cover everything from retouches and toners to balayage, foil work and condition treatments using Olaplex and Finest Pigments. Corrective color is priced only after a consultation.
