Every service starts with a full consultation where guests share any issues, allergies or medical conditions, and every service is shaped around the guest's lifestyle and goals. The salon is an Aveda Concept Salon and uses Aveda plant-based products for haircare, skincare and color, and stylists suggest Aveda products for care at home.

The hair menu covers color and blonding (balayage, highlights, all-over color, grey coverage, color correction and vivid shades), cuts for all hair types and genders, keratin smoothing aimed at reducing frizz, perms that give soft waves or defined curls, and blowouts.
