Visits are by appointment only, Tuesday through Friday. The entrance is in the back parking lot, reached by driving up the slope on the left side of the building, and guests are asked not to come in through C&R Vision. Before booking, guests can arrange a consultation with a preferred stylist. Listed prices are starting points and can rise with hair length, thickness, color use and time spent. Men's cuts start at $35, haircut and blowdry at $55, highlight and blowdry packages from $65, and full single process color and blowdry from $145.

Custom Color Sessions begin with a consultation so time and an estimate can be arranged, and they require a 50% deposit. Appointment changes need at least 48 hours notice. Changing or canceling within 48 hours carries a 50% fee of the scheduled service, and a no-call, no-show or cancellation within 3 hours requires full payment of the missed service. Fees are waived for emergencies and illness. Children under 10 are welcome only when receiving a service.

The salon carries Eufora Beauty products and advises clients on which ones to use at home after a visit. According to the salon, Eufora formulas contain more than 100 plant and flower extracts. Most Eufora shampoos, conditioners and treatments are made with aloe vera that the salon describes as certified organic. EuforaColor is formulated with low or no ammonia, at very low concentrations. Each service ticket includes an Eco-Friendly Fee, which funds recycling and reuse of salon waste. Gift cards come in $25, $50, $75 and $100 values or a custom amount. They can be sent to a single recipient or combined into a group gift.
