Services cover soft, lived-in color, customized highlights and color transformations, curly hair cutting and styling, and styling and makeup for formal events.
The stylist uses it to go over the appointment details and shape the service around the client.
The menu is split into bundled packages and a la carte services. Online booking is available, and the stylist contacts each client personally to confirm the details. House calls are offered, and on-site services for formal events and bridal parties are available by request only. Payments are accepted.
Online cancellations and rescheduling are not permitted, so clients call or text to change an appointment. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the appointment carry a cancellation fee. Adjustments after a service can be requested within a two-week grace period. The salon does not issue refunds and works with clients on adjustments instead. The salon is open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and closed Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
Each visit starts with a consultation to review the appointment and tailor the service to the individual client.
