Private one-on-one appointments are offered for clients with specific needs or requests, and to any client who prefers them. These carry a $300 service minimum, which may include product sales, and a $150 non-refundable booking fee paid in advance directly to the stylist. They are typically scheduled in the morning or evening, with a few Sunday or Monday afternoon slots, and clients check in by calling the front desk. Private groups and clients who want the facility to themselves may also be considered.
