Every service begins with a consultation, and all services are by consultation only. Balayage and ombre are also priced by consultation. Tape-in hair extensions start at $405 and are booked by consultation only, with the color and cut of the extensions not included.

New color clients are asked to request a color consultation through the online form. That conversation covers hair goals, hair texture and integrity, and the options and pricing available. Online booking requires a card on file. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice are charged half the service fee, and no-shows are charged the full fee.

The salon sells Aveda products. Unused Aveda products bought at the salon can be exchanged within four weeks of purchase. Guests can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal check or cash, and a $25 fee applies to checks returned for insufficient funds. Only the guest receiving a service may be on the styling floor, children should be watched at all times, and phones are asked to be silenced.

The salon is open Monday through Sunday, 10:00am to 6:00pm. Guests who are unhappy with a result can ask for a correction within 24 hours for cuts and styles, or within 7 days for color services. The salon says it is looking for new stylists and offers ongoing advanced training, professional education and a career path with room to advance.

Each service begins with a consultation, and cuts and color are planned around the guest's hair length, texture and density.
