Every visit can start with a free 15-minute consultation, held in person or by phone. A Wet Cut (no blow dry) takes about 30 minutes from $48 and includes a shampoo and haircut; the salon notes it is not the best fit for intricate cuts or for clients who want hair thinned. The Signature Haircut from $80 runs about an hour and includes a shampoo, custom cut and blowout. The Signature Blowout from $60 takes about 45 minutes, opens with a shampoo and scalp massage, and can finish with soft curls or flat-iron smoothing.

Color services are the larger part of the menu. A Full Gloss at $80 takes about 90 minutes and uses a demi-permanent gloss to refresh existing color, with a haircut and custom style included. Root Color from $85 takes about 105 minutes. Partial Blonding from $150 (about two hours) adds brightness and dimension around the face and crown, while Full Foil Blonding from $250 and Custom Color/Balayage from $280 each take about three hours. Vivid Color and keratin treatments are priced after a consultation, and keratin work uses the Keratin Complex system.

Appointments are open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and Wednesday from 3 PM to 8 PM; the salon is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. A 50% deposit is required before rebooking if an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of its set time. Deposits are required for all new client appointments and are forfeited if cancelled within 48 hours. A deposit is also forfeited when a client does not show up or cancels a rescheduled appointment.
