A first visit starts with a tour and a consultation about lifestyle, home hair care, shampoo habits, budget and hair goals. Stylists record each client's cut, color, treatments and extension placement digitally so the result can be repeated later. Every visit ends with a walkthrough of styling and home care, a look at products and tools, and booking the next appointment.

The blow dry bar, set in a modern space, offers three named styles: the Mob Wife, A Night Out and City Slicker. Each uses Oribe shampoo and conditioner, a round-brush blowout and heat protectant, with the A Night Out style finished with hot-iron curls or waves and the City Slicker with a flat-iron finish. Oribe Luxury adds a 30-minute aromatherapy scalp massage before the blowout.

Extensions are installed by beaded row or hand-sewn weft, without glue, tape or heat. The wefts are hand-tied human hair, custom-colored for each client, and cost between $500 and $1500 depending on length. Installations start at $500 and move-ups at $165, depending on the number of rows; move-ups are recommended every 8 to 10 weeks. Consultations are free. Extension hair is non-refundable, and extensions are guaranteed to last at least three months with proper home care and salon-purchased products.

Bridal services are packages for brides and bridal parties, often including hairstyling and makeup with trials before the wedding day, and they are priced after a consultation. The salon says it has worked with over 50 bridal parties.

A credit card must be kept on file to reserve appointments, and no-shows are charged the full value of the service. Clients more than five minutes late should text the salon, and those more than 15 minutes late may have services shortened or rescheduled. Service adjustments must be requested within five days of the appointment or are charged as a new full-price visit. Cash, Venmo and major credit cards are accepted, but credit cards cannot be used for gratuities. Gift cards come in any amount and can be bought online. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday 11 AM to 4 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM, and closed Sundays. The phone number is (603) 362-2267.
