New guests start with a new guest consultation, which is required before any service. A first visit runs longer, covering treatment plans, home care and how to look after the hair. Color is booked first, followed by a haircut or blow dry. If hair does not look or feel as expected at home after following the recommendations, a complimentary return consultation is offered.
Appointments are requested through the salon's online booking form. Confirmations are sent three days before the appointment, and cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice. A deposit of about 50% may be collected to secure a larger reservation. Hours are Sunday 9am to 3pm, Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 6pm, with Monday and Tuesday closed.
