The space mixes open floor stations, semi-private stations and single or double private rooms. Suites add extra client seating, additional mirrors and cabinets, and individual shampoo bowls in select rooms. Spa professionals work in private rooms, with a separate waiting area for spa clients and a relaxing patio outside.

The salon says its team has decades of combined experience and an international mix of stylists.

Hair consultations are free and take 15 minutes; a free consultation is required before balayage and fashion color. Prices can vary with the stylist, the time and the products used, so clients are asked to check pricing with their stylist before a service. Gift cards are sold on the website.
