A first visit begins with an in-depth consultation, where the stylist talks through the look and builds a plan that covers the current appointment and the ones after it. Color is formulated by the stylist for each client and saved in the salon system, so future appointments start from the same record. Light refreshments are offered while color processes, and each visit closes with a recommendation for take-home hair care products. Stylists take part in continuing education to keep up with techniques.

Lightening ranges from a targeted mini service using 10 to 20 foils, to partial and full custom lightening using foiling, teasylights, babylights and balayage, with toning when needed and a blowout. Bleach and Tone lightens from root to end or refreshes the roots of existing blondes. Gloss/Demi refreshes shine and deepens tone, and Vivids covers custom fashion shades such as pinks, purples and blues after a required consultation. Express Color is a 10-minute permanent retouch for grey coverage that does not include a blowout.

Menu services are starting prices, and final pricing depends on the consultation with the stylist. Add-on services are charged at an additional cost, and prices vary. Clients should note that a credit card is required to book, and fees are charged to the card on file. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice; a later change incurs a fee of 50% of the booked services, and deposits and fees are non-refundable under that policy. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late may not receive all booked services. The salon does not offer monetary refunds, but clients may contact the salon within 3 days of the original service date to reschedule for a correction with the stylist or an owner.

Each new client gets an in-depth consultation first, and color is custom formulated and recorded in the salon system for future visits.
