The menu is organized into designer cuts for women, men and children, with bang and beard trims also offered. Hair color covers all-over color, partial and full foil, color combined with foil, balayage or ombre, and vivid color. Styling options include shampoo style, formal style and formal updos. Lash services include full sets and fills in Mega, Volume, Hybrid and Classic styles, and facial waxing covers the eyebrows, lip and chin. Bridal clients can book hair and makeup trials.

Prices listed are starting rates, and the salon says they vary by stylist. A complimentary consultation with a stylist gives the most accurate estimate. New clients are asked to call to book. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, with a $25 fee for shorter notice, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged 50% of the booked service. Guests who arrive after their start time may be asked to reschedule, and the salon tries to adjust services where it can.
