A haircut visit starts with a consultation, followed by an aromatherapy scalp massage, cleansing and conditioning matched to the hair type, the cut, and a blowout. Haircuts include a luxury shampoo and styling tips. Cascading curls and flat ironing are available for a small added fee. Prices can rise for longer or thicker hair, or for major changes that take extra time or product.

The salon offers Cezanne Smoothing Treatments in classic, express and instant versions, plus an express blonde option and an ultimate blonde keratin treatment. The classic version takes about two to three hours for most clients and lasts up to five months, according to the salon. The express version has a 15-minute processing time and keeps hair strengthened for up to ten weeks. The instant version is done during a haircut and lasts up to six weeks. The salon says the Cezanne classic treatment is free of formaldehyde and harsh chemicals and suits straight, wavy, textured and curly hair.

Facials are customized to current skin needs, with maintenance suggested every week, every two weeks, or every four to six weeks. The menu includes Tulasara Facial Treatments, the Perfecting Plant Peel, the Dual Exfoliation Peel and a three-treatment series. The salon cites a clinical study that compared the Dual Exfoliation Peel with a combined microdermabrasion and 30% glycolic peel and reported better immediate smoothness and radiance. Gel nail enhancements include fill with color gel, full sets, no-chip manicures and nail repair, and a hand treatment called Hand-cial can be added to a gel service.

The salon charges a $2 environmental fee on every service ticket and states that it recycles 95% of its salon waste. For cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead, the salon will try to offer a different time, while frequent cancellations may lead to a fee on future bookings. Clients who are not feeling well are asked to reschedule. Parking is on the pad next to the mailbox in the driveway, and street parking is on the west side only.
