The salon focuses on hair techniques suited to Asian hair texture. Its menu covers women's, men's and kids' haircuts and trendy cuts such as layered styles, bobs and see-through bangs; color including root touch-ups, full color, highlights, ombre, balayage, bleach, ash tones and glossing; digital, setting and volume perms, Korean perms and relaxers; keratin and repair treatments; scalp treatments; styling for occasions; and facials.

Clients can start with a free consultation to shape a customized hair plan. Haircuts for all hair types include a personalized consultation, shampoo, cut and blow dry. Add-on services cannot be booked on their own and are added after a regular service.

Booking policies: cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a full no-show fee, and package bookings require a 50% deposit that is forfeited if the appointment is missed. Services cannot be refunded, but the salon will adjust a service within three days. Unused products in original packaging can be refunded within 7 days with a receipt, and opened products may incur a restocking fee. Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Techniques are adapted to Asian hair texture, and each client begins with a consultation to shape a personal hair plan.
