Booking is made through the salon's online system. Walk-ins are welcome when a stylist is free, but booking ahead is recommended, especially for a preferred stylist. A card on file is required to schedule. Pricing is session-based: one flat rate for the services booked, with no add-ons, and clients pay only for their time in the chair. Each client has the stylist's full attention because the salon does not double book. New clients can complete an online pre-consultation form to be matched with a stylist, and in-person or virtual consultations are offered. A consultation is required for perms and extensions.

Extensions are a major part of the menu. Tape-In extensions are installed in under an hour and lie flat against the scalp. Hand-Sewn Weft extensions are attached with beads and stitching rather than glue, heat or tape, and both types are custom color-matched to the client's own hair. Extension consultations must take place at least two weeks before installation, and a deposit is due at that consultation. The salon says its extensions are not damaging when professionally installed and maintained. Sulfate-free products are recommended for extension care, and oil-based products should stay away from the roots and bonds. The salon says the hair can be reused for up to 6 to 12 months.

Color and lightening are built around All-Nutrient hair color, Aveda products and Moroccan Oil products. Services range from root retouches and all-over color to several lightening experiences, from a partial lightening to a full ultimate version that includes bond builder, toning and a round brush blow-dry. Tipping is not required; clients are invited to leave a review instead. Policies include 48 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules, a $50 non-refundable charge for late cancellations and no-shows, and a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. The salon offers a satisfaction guarantee: contact within 7 days of a service and the original service can be adjusted at no cost. Monetary refunds are not offered. Open Tuesday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM; closed Sunday and Monday.
