Natural hair services include kids' natural styles, locs retwists, and natural hairstyles. Makeup application covers brow arching, brow shading and concealer, lash strip application, and a full face. Color services are offered in shades ranging from natural to pastel. A free clean-up cut is available between appointments, and stylists give advice on keeping hair healthy between visits.

Hours vary by stylist. The salon is generally open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Booking requires a deposit of at least $25, paid to the chosen stylist right after booking. Cancelling with 24 hours' notice lets the deposit carry over to a future appointment, while a missed notice or a no-show means the deposit is kept. Appointments are cancelled if the deposit is not paid. Extra children or guests are not permitted unless they are also being served. Services can also be bought as gifts for friends and family or for later use.

Stylists stay current through ongoing education, and the salon offers hair health advice between visits.
