The salon asks clients to give at least 24 hours' notice for a cancellation or reschedule; shorter-notice cancellations are charged 50% of the booked service. Clients get a grace period of up to 5 minutes for late arrivals, after which a $1-per-minute late fee applies and the service may be shortened to fit the remaining time. A missed appointment without notice is charged 100% of the service, billed to the card on file or paid before future bookings. Repeated violations within six months can lead to prepayment, shorter or limited services, or loss of online booking.
