The menu covers haircuts for children, men and women, everyday and formal styling, and special occasion hair. Color ranges from a few foils and glaze, gloss or toner services to single and double process color, full and partial head foils, and balayage or ombre. Other offerings include Brazilian Blowout keratin treatments in short and long lengths, a few treatments for the scalp and hair, tape-in extensions and makeup application.
Clients can request an appointment online, choosing the day, time and stylist they prefer. Consultations are personal: the stylist learns what the client has in mind, then offers at-home styling tips and recommends products matched to hair type and daily routine. Tape-in extension clients can arrange a complimentary consultation by contacting the salon, and the hair itself is paid as a deposit that varies by guest.
A credit card must be kept on file to book, and the processing system keeps card details secure. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. Later cancellations are charged half of the scheduled services, and no-call or no-show appointments are charged the full amount. The salon does not offer refunds of any kind. It is open Tuesday through Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Each visit starts with a consultation to learn the client's goals, followed by at-home styling guidance and product suggestions suited to hair type and lifestyle.
