Extensions are a major focus. Every extension guest starts with a complimentary in-person consultation, and final pricing is given at that visit; online extension prices are a general guide. Methods include Volume and Genius wefts, I-tips, K-tips and tape-ins, and Mesh Integration is offered as a semi-permanent hair replacement option. Extension maintenance is needed every 4 to 6 weeks, and appointments booked after 6 weeks are priced as installations. Full extension transformations start at $750 for volume only and $1,800 for coverage of 200 grams or more.

The salon says its extension specialists have a combined 30 years of experience and that two of them teach for extension brands. It also says extension staff complete 2 years of training. Krystal has trained every certified extension staff member, according to the salon.

Services are booked by phone or through an online form. Please give 48 hours' notice for cancellations, rescheduling or changes. Late guests should call ahead, and appointments may be rescheduled if a guest is more than 15 minutes late. Frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows can lead to fees of up to 50% of the service total, and a deposit may be required. Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, cash, Venmo and barter are accepted, and a 3% fee applies to credit card payments. Checks are not accepted, and gratuity cannot be added on cards. Children under 8 are asked not to come to appointments.
