Clients do not book through a central front desk. Each professional sets their own hours, prices and appointments, so clients contact the individual professional directly about pricing and availability. The building's door hours run Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Monday by appointment only. The management and leasing office keeps separate hours and its own phone line.
Services are grouped into hair, nails, body, face and retail sales. Hair work covers braiding, color, curls, waves and sets, extensions, sew-ins and weaves, lace front and wig work, locs, shampoo, cuts and styling, straightening, twists, updos, and mobile or bridal appointments. The salon also lists relaxer and keratin services, along with help for hair loss, breakage and steaming. Nail services include manicures, pedicures, lengthening and paraffin. Body and face services round out the menu.
The building offers 24-hour key card and secured access, surveillance in hallways and tenant parking, and wide hallways with benches and waiting areas. Restrooms are cleaned through the day and evening, and common areas get nightly janitorial service. There is an on-site ATM, vending machines, a complimentary coffee bar, a beauty and barber supply store, and an alternative health store. Parking is in front of the building, with employee parking in the rear. The owner is on site most days and can be reached on call around the clock for emergencies.
