A visit starts with a conversation. Consultations are complimentary, and stylists talk through the cost before beginning any service. Appointments of two hours or longer, such as smoothing services and corrective color, require a $100 deposit that is applied to the service on the day. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 48 hours notice for a full refund, and missed appointments without a courtesy call are charged in full. Children under 12 must be attended by a guardian who stays in the reception area. The salon accepts cash, check, Visa and Mastercard, and gratuity must be paid in cash or check.
