Back Bay is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Appointments can be booked online through the salon's website.

Color work includes single process color, partial and full foil, partial and full balayage, hairline highlights and gloss. Keratin and smoothing treatments are offered in mini and full keratin forms, along with an Amitys smoothing treatment. Extensions are priced after a consultation and are offered by select stylists.

Wedding services cover in-salon bridal hair at both locations, at-home or on-site bridal hair, and bridal hair trials.
