Salon M has operated since 2011 from its TriBeCa location at 475 Greenwich St. The salon is open every day of the week, from 10:30am to 7pm, and takes bookings by phone or by email.
The menu centers on nails, lashes, skin care, massage and waxing. Clients who want hair services need to visit the Upper West Side location, since the TriBeCa salon does not offer them.
Booking details matter here. Appointments hold a credit card number, and changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; anything later is charged $30 per person to the card on file. Parties of two or more get a 20% service charge, and same-time manicure or massage appointments depend on availability. Gratuity is accepted in cash only. Guests are asked to keep noise and cellphone use down, to avoid bringing food, and to leave pets at home unless they are service animals. The salon is not responsible for lost or left-behind items, which are discarded after one week.
