The salon's aim is to give its stylists the knowledge and support to build their own clientele. It describes its techniques as the highest level available, a claim the listing reports as the salon's own.

Blonding can be done with traditional foils, hand-painted balayage, or both. Options range from face-framing brightness for events or last-minute visits, to a partial highlight that keeps existing blonde in place between full sessions, to a full all-over refresh that adds blonde throughout and freshens the ends. Color services cover a base coverage color for new growth on lighter or grey hair, and a gloss that shifts tone or deepens natural color. Cutting and styling includes French haircutting, which builds from the top down around the natural head shape, men's cuts done with clippers, scissors or both, and blow-dry styles that include a shampoo and scalp massage. Extensions are hand-tied, matched to the client's color and head shape, and require an in-person consultation before an install is booked.

Hours are Monday 9 to 5, Tuesday and Wednesday 9 to 8, and Friday 8 to 5. Saturday visits are by request only, and the salon is closed on Sundays. Appointments are held with a credit card on file. Matching and purchasing hair requires 50% of the service to be paid at booking. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice, and a $50 fee applies to same-day cancellations and no-shows for all services. Clients unhappy with their results can contact the salon within 7 days of the visit for a correction at no additional charge. No refunds of any kind are offered.
