Keratin treatments are the salon's best-known offering. It uses Keratin Complex proprietary treatments, which have been offered since around 2007, and includes five options: a maximum smoothing system, two natural smoothing treatments (one designed for blonde hair), an express blow out and a personalized blow out. The salon intends these treatments to enhance natural hair, reduce frizz, repair damage and add shine, and says they suit all hair types.

Every listed service begins with a complimentary consultation. Prices depend on hair condition, length, density and the process needed, and listed prices may or may not include a haircut or styling. Hair extension services require a consultation before pricing. Appointments are booked by calling Linda at 949 413 1493.

Clients who refer someone for a smoothing treatment receive $40 off their next keratin smoothing service. That $40 can also be used toward UNITE, Keratin Complex or Olaplex products.

The salon uses the highest grade product available on each client's hair. Its keratin treatments are meant to enhance natural hair rather than change it entirely.
