Visits are by appointment only. Clients call or text to reserve, or book through the salon's Booksy page, which shows a 5.0 rating from 48 reviews. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday and Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 7 AM to 3 PM, with Sunday and Monday closed. A deposit is typically not required; if one is, the stylist discusses it before the appointment is confirmed. A fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead.

Several services need a consultation first: keratin, extensions, relaxers, braids and color. Consultation fees are non-refundable but go toward the booked appointment. Color consultations and color appointments are kept on separate days, and color needs should be confirmed by call or text at least 48 hours ahead. Special occasion styling is also booked after a consultation, with a non-refundable booking fee.

Extension work follows its own rules. First-time extension clients need a consultation, and Lapeche bundles must be ordered two weeks before the appointment; the salon sells hair bundles through an online shop for this. The salon does not maintain extensions installed by someone other than its stylists. Sew-in installs include up to three bundles, with each additional bundle after three at $30. Extension service prices include shampoo, conditioning, blow dry, braid down, install and styling as needed.

The suite offers a parking space, credit card payment, accessibility for people with disabilities, Wi-Fi and a loyalty program. Gift cards and service packages are available. Children's services start at age 10. A travel fee of $50 applies when a stylist goes to a client's home or another location.

The salon states its mission is for every client to feel seen, valued and confident in their own style, and it places consultations ahead of many chemical, braid and extension services.

The suite has no waiting area, so seating is in the hallway.
