Every visit begins with an in-depth consultation so the service can be tailored to the client's hair. Texture services require a complimentary consultation before they can be booked. Men's haircuts include a shampoo in one of the reclining Shiatsu chairs and a finish for styling at home.
Color is a major focus, with full and partial balayage, Classic Foils, vivid color, color correction and lived-in looks among the things the salon is known for. Stylists are certified in the Deva Cut, Cezanne Keratin and Liscio Reconditioning, according to the salon. The keratin treatments are formaldehyde-free, and the salon says they help fight frizz.
The salon runs an internship program that combines hands-on training with in-salon classes for all stylists and interns. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and is closed on Mondays.
