Consultations are complimentary and can be done in person, virtually or by text. Clients can also text inspiration photos before an appointment. Pricing is shown as starting points that shift with stylist level, product use and service time. The salon uses a stylist level system based on experience, education and demand, and a Rising Artist program offers a special menu of services at a lower rate.

On the skin side, facials use organic ingredients and customized restorative techniques, with options for acne, calming, detox and anti-aging goals, plus a hand facial and a back facial. Brow and lash tinting, lamination and lifts are offered alone or combined, along with waxing for face, body and bikini areas. Massage choices include reflexology, chair massage, timed massages and Cranio Sacral Therapy.

The salon offers a guarantee: concerns about a service can be raised within 7 days. Clients are asked to arrive with freshly washed, fully dry hair for color appointments. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice; later changes carry a 50% service fee, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a shortened service, and a full charge may still apply. All changes go through reception.

A loyalty program gives points on retail purchases, and gift cards are available.

Color and blonding are customized, and pricing and service levels follow a stylist level system that weighs experience, education and demand. Facials are made with organic ingredients and adjusted to the client.
