Salon Ingá began as Coiffeur Ingá Salon and was later renamed Salon Inga. It is run by a mother and daughter team and serves clients from its North Dale Mabry Highway location.

In 2015 the brand added The Barbershop by Salon Inga, a men's grooming concept, which is now solely owned by Tanja Handing Catoe.

The salon describes its work as collaborative, from the first consultation through to the color formula. Stylists aim to give honest recommendations and encourage healthy hair habits, and the business supports charities through grooming services and fundraisers.

A visit usually begins with a consultation. Listed prices are starting prices and can change after you speak with your stylist. Team Services are priced by a level system based on each stylist's demand, and you can book one team member or several for a service.
