Services are by appointment, Tuesday through Friday from 9:30am to 5pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 3pm; the salon is closed Sunday. Online booking is recommended to manage time and avoid overbooking and long waits, though walk-ins are accepted when same-day openings exist. Each visit includes a free clean-up cut between appointments, and children are welcome in the salon only while receiving a service.

The menu spans natural and relaxed hair care, color, and extension work. Demi color is not permanent and can be used on any hair texture, while highlights and full color are also offered. Hair weaves are installed with a glam style finish, dreadlock pricing depends on hair length with a consultation for new clients, and the salon offers permanent eyebrows and eyeliner.

Payment is accepted by debit card, credit card, cash and Zelle, but not by check or money order. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are accepted, while later cancellations are charged the full scheduled cost. No-call and no-show appointments are not refunded, and a $100 non-refundable deposit applies to hair weaves. Gift cards are sold online.
