Clients enter through the second door of the suite, enter code 402 on the keypad and ring the doorbell.

Color work includes Eco Colors, a line the salon describes as 99% organic and chooses with hair health in mind. Japanese Straight Perms are booked by phone only and require a $50 deposit, which is non-refundable if the client does not show up. Liscio Japanese Hair Straightening, a technique that originated in Japan, is done by stylists who have been specially trained in it, and it cannot be booked online either.

The salon has a firm booking policy. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, or a charge of 50% of the reserved service applies. For appointments booked within 24 hours, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours ahead. A no-show is charged the full reserved amount. The salon describes this policy as strict and enforced.

Stylists blend Japanese techniques into their work and tailor each visit to the individual client's needs and personal style, with hair health kept in mind.
