Installation starts with coloring the natural hair, then the extensions are custom-toned to match and blended in. A typical extension appointment takes approximately five hours or more. The amount of hair used is shaped by the look wanted, the client's natural length and density.

Clients are asked to arrive on time and to leave children at home. A card is held on file to reserve appointments. Cancellations under 72 hours are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service, and cancellations 24 hours or less are charged in full. Arriving 15 or more minutes late means rescheduling, with the cancellation fee applying. The salon may decline a service outside its scope or style and, when possible, refer the client to a better-suited stylist. Hours are Monday 11 am to 6 pm, Tuesday 9 am to 7 pm, Wednesday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 4 pm; Sunday is closed.
