Salon Haven opened in South Naperville in November 2020 and is owned by Ashley Nicole, who also works as a stylist, colorist and makeup artist. The salon describes itself as one of the most prestigious salons in the Midwest and as an industry leader in beauty. Its team covers hair, color, makeup and skincare.

Haven Bridal is the salon's on-site bridal business, created by Ashley Nicole together with Lead Artist Sami. It provides bridal hair and makeup, with customized beauty timelines, veil securing, touch-ups and support for the bridal party on the wedding morning. It serves Chicago, the surrounding suburbs and destination weddings nationwide, and travel is available across the Midwest and beyond.

House of Haven is the salon's in-house education business for beauty professionals. The salon also invites stylists and beauty professionals to apply through its Careers page, and it offers commission and independent arrangements along with ongoing education and growth opportunities.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by calling or texting (630) 448-0011. Changes made at least 24 hours in advance avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations are invoiced at 50% of the scheduled service price, and no-shows are invoiced at the full service price.
