A visit usually begins with a personalized consultation about hair type, lifestyle and goals, and clients leave with a care plan built around those answers. Every visit includes a shampoo and scalp massage with aromatherapy and a hot towel. Stylists explain the techniques and products they use and suggest products and habits for home care. Complimentary consultations are available, and an online quiz can help match a client with a stylist. Clients can also ask the front desk to pair them with a stylist that fits their budget. Pricing depends on the client's hair and goals, and exact quotes are given after an in-depth consultation at the time of service.

The salon has 10 Invisible Bead Extensions specialists and 10 curly hair specialists. All of its stylists are certified in tape-in extensions, and the salon says it sources its extension hair selectively. Its curly hair team includes Mizani Aircut Certified specialists, and some team members offer the Mizani Aircut Curly Method, which shapes each cut around the natural pattern of the curls. Color services cover full-head and face-framing balayage, blonding from cool platinum to warm honey, color melting, ombre, and vivid or pastel looks.

All stylists attend a weekly in-salon master training session, and the team also attends advanced education sessions, including trainings in California, New York, Las Vegas and Orlando. It says it was voted the #1 salon in Hernando County and ranks among the Top 200 salons in the USA.

Booking requires a valid credit card on file and a deposit of 25% of the services booked, rising to 50% for appointments of 3 hours or more. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice and must be made by calling the location or through its app. Cancellations within 24 hours carry a fee of 50% of the services cost, and a missed appointment carries a fee of 100%. The salon does not give cash back for services or returns, and it stands behind products and services for 14 days after the service date. Unsupervised children are not allowed, and infants and small children are not permitted at appointments.

Each visit starts with a consultation on hair type, lifestyle and goals, followed by a customized care plan. Stylists explain their methods and products and offer home care tips.
