The color menu includes several custom options. Face frame highlights use up to five foils, and root retouches can be paired with a partial, half head or full highlight, or with a cut. Gloss treatments are meant to add shine, enhance color and support hair health, and a keratin treatment is meant to smooth frizz and add shine. Blowouts are available in a standard version and a version for curls.
Appointments run on set weekday hours, with the salon open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and closed on weekends. Services take anywhere from about 30 minutes for a toner or gloss to around three hours for longer color and keratin services. A consultation is offered at no charge and takes about 15 minutes or more. For no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, the salon charges 50 percent of the service fee.
